The positions we are offering are sausage maker and smokehouse operator, working alongside our current staff. We are also looking for a wrapping room employee!

 

Smokehouse Operator

Job Type:

Qualifications:

• • Passion to learn

  • Strong work ethic

  • Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work on feet all day

  • Work in cool environment 

  • Lift up to 80 lbs

 

Experience:

• • Knowledge of curing & smoking meats (not required)

  • Brining & using mixers, vacuum stuffers, and related equipment (not required)

 

Meat Wrapper
